Corporate acquisitions and changeover situations  Heimari Oy specializes in organizing corporate buy- or sellouts. The main customers consist of small and medium-sized enterprises. Customers are interested in selling or restructuring their companies or buying a business, or they seek for a financor, partner or a customer. We are the link connecting two parties. Most of our business has been done in Finland, however, since expanding beyond the domestic market the amount of international projects has increased dramatically.   The acquisition can be assigned either by the buyer or the seller and the consulting fee is always based on commission agreed case by case. In the near future enterprises in the changeover situations will become more and more important part of our activities.
